The Bank Cottage

The Bank Cottage on Rosalie Terrace, is right in the heart of Woolacombe village, practically next door to the Woolacombe Bay Hotel and you can’t get much closer to the beach.

The cottage was until recently the HSBC bank and has been lovingly returned to a cosy, well-equipped house over the last 3 years.

The Cottage

It has an open plan, kitchen, diner and lounge, with wooden parquet floor and lovely big sash windows, where you can watch village life go by and a big comfy corner sofa to relax on in the evenings.

There is a room with a kingsize bed, a loft room with a double bed and another with twin bed, sleeping 6 people and a bathroom, with separate shower and bath.

We have free Wifi within the house, DVD player and smart TVs in the bedrooms so you can log in to Netflix and BBC iplayer etc

There is a washing machine at the cottage and a tumble dryer can be found in the launderette just across the road, the kitchen is small but fully equipped with a dishwasher, freezer and microwave.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided and the cottage has full central heating so is toasty warm in the colder winter months.

Parking

When on street parking is restricted between May and September, we are able to provide free parking via a permit in a private car park a few minutes away. Free on street parking is available on nearby West Road between May and September between 6pm and 10am.

Although there is no outside space with the cottage, we find that with the beach nearly on our doorstep that we really don’t miss this.

During the some of the summer school holidays and May half term we may also provide a beach hut as part of the cost, which makes an amazing difference to your time on the beach.
