The apartment benefits from two south facing balconies with sea views, an off road dedicated car parking space and access to a separate storage facility ideal for surfboards, wetsuits and bicycles. One dog is allowed (for a small fee to cover additional cleaning costs) except during July and August.

The owners have owed Belle Vue apartment since 2006 and have rented it out for holiday lets since 2007 and are proud that they have over a 50% repeat booking rate each year.
