We are a luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in the historic coastal village of Mortehoe, offering comfortable sleeping for four. 

Nestled on the coastal path overlooking Morte Point, it enjoys magnificent sea views and stunning sunsets year round, It has recently undergone a complete renovation, and now offers stylish and comfortable living accommodation to ensure guests have everything they need for a great stay. Included are a well-equipped kitchen, and a small BBQ for those who love to cook whilst on holiday. Flat screen TV (with Netflix included) ensures opportunity to relax, whilst high-speed broadband allows those who might need to work while away, to do so  efficiently.  Comfy beds, and a great power shower all add to the feeling of luxury.

Sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets during the summer, or cosy up in front of the log burner during the cooler months. Both make it a great all year round holiday destination.

The property includes parking for two cars and has a long, enclosed garden at the front, and there is space for one well-behaved dog. It also benefits from being on a bus route - into Ilfracombe or Barnstaple ... no need to use the car once you are here. 

The village itself has a beautiful Norman Church, a post office, a pub, a fish and chip shop, as well as a bistro and tea rooms.  All this and just a five minute walk to Grunta Beach, or a twenty minute walk to Woolacombe Beach. It's the perfect location for ramblers, for families, for couples.
