Bash and Burn Woolacombe National Trust Family Volunteering

Looking for something a little different to do with the family this February half term? Our Woolacombe ranger team are holding a bash and burn family volunteering session on Thursday 16 February, 10am-3pm.

Join the team on Woolacombe dunes and down (parking at marine drive car park) to get your hands on a bowsaw and get stuck in removing gorse opening the area up allowing better grazing and more biodiversity.

No age limit, although some tasks may not be suitable for the smallest hands. All training and safety equipment are given, simply show up in sturdy shoes, and with lots of energy!

Find out more on our facebook page.
