Last Thursday saw the unveiling of the plaque in memory of Shirley Bowden, of Bowden's Newsagents ... or Shirley's as it was known to most ... who passed away last year.
The plaque is located outside Magenta Fine Art Gallery in Barton Road, Woolacombe, where Shirley's used to be.
Well done to Wayne, and all the others involved in getting the plaque put up, and for the lovely inscription ... a fitting tribute to a lovely lady.
