Magenta Fine Art have two galleries locally - their original and flagship gallery is in Ilfracombe, near the harbour, and their second gallery is here, in the heart of Woolacombe . If you are a regular visitor to Woolacombe, you will no doubt remember Shirley's Newsagents in Barton Road ... this is now the home of the Woolacombe Magenta Fine Art Gallery. The premises have been completely transformed in to a chic modern space full of bright areas, ideal for a contemporary gallery, complete with it’s very own private viewing room, giving you peace, quiet and privacy to sit back and relax whilst considering an artwork to take home.
They hold an eclectic mix of contemporary and traditional artwork across both galleries, with displays changing weekly during the peak season.
So when you’ve had your fill of sand castles and sea swimming at the award winning Woolacombe Beach, why not pop in to this stunning gallery to quench your artistic and cultural cravings!
