This coming weekend is Woolacombe at Christmas! (10th & 11th December)
Kicking off on Saturday with a family treasure hunt around the village shops throughout the day (trail sheets will be available from the Tourist Information Centre). Then at 5pm Santa will be visiting on his sleigh, followed by Carols around the Christmas tree in the village centre.
Local businesses will also have their own activities throughout the day, and the Calvary Chapel on Beach Road, have a family Christmas craft morning from 10.30am-12.30pm.
On Sunday, the Woolacombe Christmas Craft and Farmer's Market returns to Woolacombe Village Hall, from 10am-1pm. There will be a selection of local food producers and crafts people selling their wares, and there will be a raffle and refreshments, including hot drinks, cakes and bacon rolls on sale, in aid of the North Devon Hospice.
Admission is free, and everyone is welcome ... we hope to see you there!
